About Our Guitar Spraps
TONE THE PASTのギターストラップを製作するにあたり、ベーシストである製作者自身の演奏経験や周囲のミュージシャンへのリサーチをもとに、長い時間をかけて試行錯誤を繰り返してまいりました。
ギターストラップは演奏する音そのものに直接影響するものではありませんが、どんなストラップを選ぶのかは演奏者のアイデンティティの一部であり、大切な存在だと考えています。
当店のストラップは、使ってくださる方が勇気づけられたり、心が強くなったり、楽しい気持ちで演奏できるように想いを込めてひとつひとつ大切に制作しています。

TONE THE PAST guitar straps are the result of years of refinement, based on the creator’s own playing experience as a bass player and research with fellow musicians.

使用するパラコードは厳選し、取り回しのしやすさや身体に馴染む感触を徹底的に研究しています。
その結果、楽器を抱えたり持ち替えたりする際も無駄に暴れず、網目の動きが身体に沿う自然なフィット感を実現することができました。
We carefully select the paracord and have thoroughly studied its feel and flexibility to ensure it moves comfortably with your body.
As a result, the strap stays stable when holding or switching your instrument, and the woven design naturally conforms to your movements.
また製作者自身が過去に肩を故障した経験から、比較的厚みのあるストラップを求めるようになりました。
しかし、一般的には厚みのあるストラップはデザインが控えめなものが多い印象があったこともあり、TONE THE PASTのストラップでは約1センチの厚みを持たせ、かつカラフルなバリエーションを両立しています。
The creator’s own experience with a shoulder injury led to a preference for slightly thicker straps.
However, thicker straps are often limited to simple designs, so TONE THE PAST straps combine approximately 1 cm of thickness with a colorful variety of designs.
About Parts
・レザーエンド：取り回しのしやすい厚みや大きさを重視。実際にレザーショップを巡って選別した牛革を使用しています。
・パラコード：耐荷重約250gのものを使用。大切な楽器にも安心してお使いいただけるよう品質を厳選しています。
・接続部のパーツ：楽器に当たった際の音や傷を最小限に抑えるため、丈夫で軽量なプラスチックパーツを採用しています。
・調整部ベルト：調整する上での滑り加減や、使用上最適な厚みや曲がり具合を吟味して選んでいます。
Leather Ends: Designed for easy handling, with carefully selected cowhide sourced from visits to leather shops.
Paracord: Chosen for its strength, supporting approximately 250g to ensure safe use with your instrument.
Connecting Parts: Durable, lightweight plastic components minimize noise and prevent scratches when in contact with your instrument.
Adjustment Belt: Selected for optimal thickness, flexibility, and smooth adjustability to provide the best user experience.

・頑丈なコードを編み合わせて使用しているため、一般的なストラップよりも少しだけ重みがあります。
・平均的なギターストラップの長さを調査し、カバーできる範囲の長さを目指しておりますが、構造上、調整できる範囲がやや狭めになっています。ご購入の際は普段お使いのストラップの長さをご確認ください。
・他の長さをご希望の場合は、受注生産にて対応できる場合があります。ご購入前にコンタクトよりお問い合わせください。
Weight: The strap is slightly heavier than average due to its sturdy braided construction.
Length Adjustment: We have designed the strap to cover the typical range of guitar strap lengths, but the adjustment range is somewhat limited. Please check your usual strap length before purchasing.
